How To Transfer Your Domain To Another 101Domain Account

This guide will outline how to transfer your domain to another 101Domain account.

• Login to your 101Domain account and go to the domain dashboard.

• Select the domain name you would like to transfer to another account.

• Once you are in the domain settings page, scroll down until you get to the bottom part of the page and in the Domain Transfers and Lock field.

• Click on the Update lock option.

• Turn off the update lock by selecting Disable within the drop-down menu. Click on Change Update Lock yellow button.

• Get the domain’s authorization code by clicking on the Transfer to another registrar option.

• A new window will pop out containing the domain’s authorization code.

• Provide the authorization code to the gaining party and have them initiate a domain transfer. They will have to go through the same process as transferring a domain from a different registrar. However, they will not be charged for the transfer. The losing party will receive a notification once the transfer is completed.
