How To Transfer Your Domain To Another Gandi Account

This guide will outline the process of how to transfer your domain to another Gandi account.

• Login to the Gandi account where the domain is currently registered. Go to Domain and select the domain name you would like to transfer to another Gandi user.

• At the top menu, find the Domain Contacts tab.

• Click on Change Domain Owner.

• Select the Third-party option, fill out the contact information of the new owner. Once done, click on Add to Shopping Cart button.

• Proceed with the order (note that this should be free of charge), accept the contracts needed and click on Continue.

• A confirmation email will be sent to both losing and gaining owners which needs to be confirmed within 15 days from the day of the request.

• Once both parties confirm, another email will be sent to the new owner for final confirmation and to finally import the domain name to their Gandi account.
